The University of Žilina in Žilina has been one of the leading educational and scientific research institutions in Slovakia for more than seventy years. We are pleased to be able to take over the patronage of the conference, the presented topics of which move Slovakia forward not only in the field of transport.
The Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic welcomes every opportunity where experts from the Ministry, the National Highway Company, a. s., as well as the Slovak Road Administration of the Slovak Republic meet and communicate with inspiring people from practice, as well as authorities from the academic community. Only in this way can we strive for a common goal, which is a modern road infrastructure, which has an irreplaceable place in the transport mix of the Slovak Republic.
The Technical University of Košice is the largest technical university in Slovakia and an internationally recognized research and educational institution that provides education and solutions in various areas of life, including transport construction and structures, where it has educated world-renowned experts. We are pleased to take over the auspices of the conference, whose ambition is to move the discussion on road construction in our country forward, also with the participation of authorities from the academic community.
The Institute of Forensic Engineering of the University of Žilina in Žilina has been a leader in expert activities in technical and economic fields for almost 40 years. It transfers scientific and research potential to companies. In the field of transport, they have implemented many a demanding research project or expert opinion. And it is precisely scientific assessment that makes them, their partners and clients what they are today. And important players not only on the Slovak market.
The Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava is the oldest and most successful technical university in Slovakia, a member of the EULiST alliance of European universities. It has educated 180,000 engineers who have significantly contributed to the transformation of Slovakia into a modern industrial country with an advanced transport infrastructure. STU is one of the leading research universities, and it also participates in the development of the most modern solutions in transport. We were pleased to take over the patronage of this professional event, which we consider to be a significant contribution to the development of a modern, safe and sustainable transport infrastructure in the Slovak Republic.

We have been involved in content-intensive events for 18 years. We prepare more than 40 streamed discussions from the studio and from the field annually, as well as videos, campaigns, and podcasts.
Our clients operate in transport infrastructure, construction and public transport. For years they have lacked a platform where practice meets the public sector. That is why we are creating it — and this year we are bringing the discussion about the reality and vision of Slovak transport directly to the land beneath the Tatras.
